Sam Kelsall then played a stylish innings, adding 74 for the 4th wicket with skipper Scott Elstone before the latter was dismissed for 39 on 177.

Dan Cumming struck quickly as Kimberley started their reply taking two early wickets to leave them on 10-2.

Jarred Sewell and Sam Ogrizovic (18) added 70 for the third wicket but after the latter had driven Brett Hutton to Ollie Swann at cover, Sewell (54) was trapped in front by Akhil Pateland Kimberley were 114-6.

Further wickets fell to Elstone and Ball as Bacon (26) and  Matt Wright (12) tried to save the game.

Sam Wood snatched the 8th wicket with the first ball of his only over and then Elstone had Blatherwick caught off the penultimate ball.
