Budding cricketers will have the chance to hone their skills under the guidance of Women’s World Cup winner Jenny Gunn at a series of coaching camps at Trent Bridge during October half-term.

Four courses, each for different age groups, will be staggered across five days from Monday 26th October.

Hosted in the indoor nets in the Radcliffe road stand, the softball sessions will introduce basic cricket techniques and culminate in a game of Kwik Cricket while the hardball sessions will provide an opportunity to practice under the watchful eye of Jenny and ECB qualified coaches.

Friday night coaching sessions will resume on Friday 13th November and run for six weeks until Friday 18th December. The cost is £35 for Junior Outlaws and £40 for non-members. The sessions will be provided in the Woodhead Hall accessed via the Larwood and Voce car park on Fox Road.

Five to seven year olds can attend between 5pm and 6pm, eight to ten year olds can attend between 6pm and 7pm and eleven to thirteen year olds between 7pm and 8pm.
