David Hussey showed his class with a two-a-ball 120 before persistent rain forced the postponement of Notts Outlaws’ NatWest Pro40 game against Somerset.
The hard hitting Australia struck 10 sixes, eclipsing a fine 91 from opener Matt Wood.
With the match reduced to 26 overs a side, Notts posted 247-5 but the visitors faced just 9 overs, reaching 71-3, before rain returned to end proceedings with both teams awarded one point.
