Second Eleven debutant Scott Newman was stumped having scored 15 runs in Nottinghamshire’s rain hit Trophy game against Worcestershire.
With the game reduced to 20 overs, Notts posted 149-4 batting first but Worcestershire only faced 3 overs before a torrential downpour ended play.
Will Jefferson (41 off 25) and Kevin O’Brien (36 off 22) were the most effective Nottinghamshire batsmen but the sides had to settle for a point each.
