Notts Outlaws can move a step closer to the quarter-finals of the Friends Provident Trophy with a win over Warwickshire Bears at Trent Bridge on Sunday.

Graeme Swann replaces Rob Ferley in an otherwise unchanged line-up from that which beat Leicestershire Foxes with a run off the final ball last week.

Ferley suffered a side strain in a second XI fixture and will be out of action for two weeks but Samit Patel was the most impressive of the spinners against the Foxes, taking 3-34 in seven overs.

In form pace pair Charlie Shreck and Darren Pattinson will be looking to continue add to their impressive hauls and opening batsmen Will Jefferson and Matt Wood get another chance to impress.

The Bears will be keen to make amends from an unexpected defeat against Ireland on Friday. The result was Ireland’s first win over a county side for four years and leaves Warwickshire winless at the bottom of the Midlands Group.

Play begins at 12 noon.

Notts squad to face Warwickrshire: Will Jefferson, Matt Wood, Mark Wagh, Adam Voges, Samit Patel, Chris Read (capt), Mark Ealham, Graeme Swann, Darren Pattinson, Luke Fletcher, Charlie Shreck
