Notts Vs Surrey (Day One) Round-Up
Darren Pattinson claimed the wickets of Surrey openers Scott Newman and Stewart Walters as the visitors reached 59-2 in a rain affected first day at Trent Bridge.
Only 30 overs were played in two short spells either side of a four hour delay as heavy showers prevented Notts from making further inroads.
Mark Ramprakash and Jonathan Battyeach will resume tomorrow morning having both reached 19 not out.
