Date: June 15-18
Start time: 11am
Game: Sussex v Notts
Competition: Frizzell County Championship Division One

We travel to Arundel lying in fourth place in Division One with a game in hand on leaders Warwickshire and Swann says we must get back to winning ways quickly.

He said: "It?s fair to say losing to Hampshire was a pretty nasty experience and it?s vital we get back on course against Sussex.

"We beat them in some style back in April and it set us off on a good run of results. Hopefully we can go there, do the same again and get back on track.

"The game in hand is useful but we have to make it count. If we get into a winning position, like we did against Hampshire, we shouldn?t then play like men with no arms and throw it away.

"I played at Arundel last week for the PCA against Australia and the pitch, like most outgrounds, is a little low and slow.

"We will have to work hard, score heavily in the first innings and graft for our wickets. It all came together nicely for us at Trent Bridge and we?ll looking to repeat that this week."
