July 17: Notts Outlaws v Hampshire Hawks
Start time: 1pm

The Aussie knows we need to close the gap on the fourth from bottom Hawks and feels he can make a match-winning contribution on Sunday.

He said: ?I?ve been getting scores in the 20s and then getting out. It?s about time I put together a couple of big totals and I have felt the ball coming off the bat nicely in the past couple of weeks.

?Our one-day performances haven?t been very impressive so far this season. But our goal is to avoid relegation and in my time at the club, we?ve achieved the goals we set for ourselves.?

Hampshire stars Shane Warne, Kevin Pietersen and Chris Tremlett have all been selected in the Australia and England Test squads for Lord?s next week, while Director of Cricket Mick Newell has a full-strength squad available, apart from long-term injury victim Charlie Shreck, who made his return to the Second XI this week.

But Hussey has warned against complacency and added: ?Hampshire are a very capable team and we?ve had some close battles with them in the past. They?ve still got the likes of Nic Pothas, John Crawley and Dimitri Mascarenhas to call upon.

?We need the win and with a terrific talent like Will Smith coming in to the batting line-up, I think we can get the runs on the board to do so.?

Injury news:
Ryan Sidebottom came through this week?s Second XI match with Surrey safely but Newell has decided not to risk him with two crunch Championship matches to come in the next fortnight.

Will Smith gets a chance in the side after his star performances in the Twenty20 Cup and Anurag Singh is recalled after some good partnerships with Smith in the Second XI Trophy.

Squad:
Singh, Swann, Will Smith, Fleming (cap), Hussey, Patel, Read (wkt), Ealham, Clough, Greg Smith, Harris, Footitt, Hodgkinson.
