With a wealth of facilities of varying shapes, sizes, ages and atmospheres it can comfortably accommodate groups of any size - from 2 to 240. And with all the rooms offering views across the historic playing area, there is the added extra of the unique Trent Bridge ambience - whatever the function.

Small Groups (2 - 24)

  • 16 rooms for up to 12 people are situated within the Radcliffe Road Centre.
  • Four larger syndicate rooms for meetings of up to 24 people are also available.
  • Smaller rooms can be used as break-out areas for syndicate rooms.
  • All have their own balcony with views over the ground.
  • All serviced by on-site catering facilities.

Medium Groups (25 - 80)

The Long Room is the most historic and atmospheric of all the facilities at Trent Bridge.

  • Situated on the ground floor in the world famous red-brick Victorian Pavilion built in 1886.
  • Can accommodate up to 90 people theatre-style.
  • 48 people cabaret-style.
  • Up to 80 for a sit-down meal.
  • Separate bar area can be used as a reception or registration area.
  • Historic cricket memorabilia from more than 160 years of cricket at Trent Bridge is displayed in the room.
  • Licensed for Civil Weddings - ideal for Wedding breakfasts and receptions.
  • All serviced by on-site catering facilities.

Large Groups (81 - 240)

The Derek Randall Suite; named after one of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club's greatest entertainers.

  • Can accommodate up to 200 people theatre-style.
  • 140 people cabaret-style.
  • Up to 240 for a sit-down meal.
  • Bars at either end.
  • Dance floor.
  • Glass fronted, offering superb views over the playing area.
  • Covered outdoor terrace.
  • Licensed for Civil Weddings - ideal for Wedding breakfasts and receptions.
  • All serviced by on-site catering facilities.
