Terms and Conditions
Conditions of Sale
Tickets are sold subject to the regulations of Notts CCC and the ECB. Tickets are only valid if presented complete with the counterfoil. Tickets are issued on the condition that they are not resold for more than face value. Any purchaser contravening this regulation will be prevented from purchasing tickets in the future. Please take care of your tickets as duplicates can only be issued up to 48 hours before the match and a charge will be levied. Ticket prices include VAT - reg no 117743861. Refunds will only be permitted under the terms of the ECB Refund Scheme.
The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Ticket may amount to a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. Nottinghamshire CCC will inform the police when it becomes aware that a Ticket has been sold illegally and will press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If you are convicted of a ticket touting offence, or we reasonably suspect you have committed such an offence, we will notify the ECB who may in turn notify other First Class Counties and the Marylebone Cricket Club and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities. The information that we share may include your personal details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify and prevent ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.”
The ECB closely monitors online auction and ticket re-sale sites in conjunction with its host venues. Any ticket which is being offered for sale or which is sold for more than its face value is in breach of the ticket’s terms and conditions and is liable to be cancelled.
This will result in the holder of such ticket being refused admittance to, or being removed from, the ground in question. Ground owners may reserve the right to request a ticket holder to verify his/her identity and to confirm the manner in which he/she came to be in possession of a ticket. If you, as the original ticket applicant, have been allocated one or more tickets which you no longer require, you may only pass on any such ticket to a friend, family member or other person permitted by the relevant ticket terms and conditions, and on the condition that such transfer is for no more than its face value.
