The latest addition to Nottinghamshire’s backroom staff, Ross Hollinworth succeeded Craig Smith as the club’s physiotherapist.

Responsible for helping to prevent injury and manage rehabilitation when injuries occur, he played a key role in nursing Ryan Sidebottom, Mark Wagh and Charlie Shreck back to fitness during his first winter at Trent Bridge.

A background in medical care for elite athletes at Loughborough University gave him a solid grounding before his move to Trent Bridge.
