Awards – The Notts Proficiency Award Scheme

Our Holiday Coaching Camps now include the Notts Proficiency Award Scheme which provides an opportunity for young players to progressively develop their cricket skills.

For more information, contact Chloe Gibson (0115 9823008 / chloe.gibson@nottsccc.co.uk)

Half Term / Friday Night / Saturday Morning Coaching

These sessions are suitable for both beginners and club cricketers alike. Using both soft and hard cricket balls, the sessions are delivered by ECB-qualified coaches.

The softball sessions aid the development of basic skills and culminate with a game of Kwik Cricket aimed at those youngsters aged between 5 and 10 years old.

The hardball net sessions provide a great opportunity for 11-14 year olds to practice under the watchful eye of our professional coaches.

Individual Coaching

Throughout each half-term holiday, we will be offering one-to-one coaching sessions for children aged 11-15.

All coaches are ECB qualified and will tailor their sessions to the requirements of each individual.

Coach Education & Leadership

We offer a range of coaching courses at UKCC1 and UKCC2 levels across the County in addition to first aid, disability, safeguarding, and time to listen certificates.

Training for scorers, umpires, officials and groundsmen is also provided.

For further information on our detailed winter coach education programmes, visit www.intosport.org.uk for a full range of coaching courses across Nottinghamshire or contact Stewart Burrows (0115 9823000 / stewart.burrows@nottsccc.co.uk).

Volunteers

Volunteering in cricket can be a very rewarding experience. Contact Martyn Dobson (martyn.dobson@nottsccc.co.uk) for details of the opportunities available.
